THE INFORMATION RECIPIENT AGREES THAT INFORMATION RECIPIENT HAS VOLUNTARILY SOUGHT OUT AND ESTABLISHED CONTACT WITH SPREADTIPS AND THIS WEB SITE. BY USING SPREADTIPS, THE INFORMATION RECIPIENT AGREES THAT ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. SPREADTIPS DOES NOT ADVOCATE GAMBLING.
1. Participation in Bodog's wagering system is open only to those individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
2. An INFORMATION RECIPIENT, by registering and opening an account with Spreadtips, acknowledges compliance with all rules herein and agrees to release Spreadtips, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the use, acceptance or possession of any prize or for the use of any portion or the web site.
3. An INFORMATION RECIPIENT's interest in Spreadtips and the web site is personal and not professional: A INFORMATION RECIPIENT's activity on the web site is solely for a INFORMATION RECIPIENT's own personal entertainment. Any other activity, access, use or reuse of the web site by a INFORMATION RECIPIENT, other than as expressly permitted in this agreement is strictly prohibited; A INFORMATION RECIPIENT has the obligation each time he or she logs onto the web site, to refer to the Rules and Regulations section, located in the Help section, and to identify any modifications.

5. Spreadtips may modify the terms of this agreement at any time by posting such modification in the INFORMATION RECIPIENT Agreement section of this Web Site. A INFORMATION RECIPIENT's participation after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modifications. Any rules posted on the site are also deemed to have been read and agreed to by INFORMATION RECIPIENT when that INFORMATION RECIPIENT next uses the site.
6. In an effort to protect INFORMATION RECIPIENTs from fraud, Spreadtips or its holding company, reserves the right to request additional information from INFORMATION RECIPIENT at any time.
7. All information provided by INFORMATION RECIPIENT must be accurate and verifiable. If INFORMATION RECIPIENT has provided false information or is unable or unwilling to provide documentation to confirm INFORMATION RECIPIENT's information, INFORMATION RECIPIENT's account may be terminated and all activity within the account considered invalid.
8. Spreadtips information is to be used as information only.
9. There are no refunds on any Spreadtips packages.
10. INFORMATION RECIPIENTs cannot share, sell, release or make publicly available any of the information purchased from SpreadTips.
